Panos is a Team Leader for all the Road Safety Audits and Inspections as well as training programs of the new Road Safety Audit Engineers with Salfo and Associates S.A., who provide engineering consulting services to the National Road Safety Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Panos started his professional career in Greece, back in 1979, in the field of consulting engineering services, mainly on the field of Transportation and Infrastructure Engineering and Environmental projects. Since 1989, Panos Konstantinidis is General Managing Director and Technical Manager of his own Consulting Company “ODOGEODETIKI” E.E. Additionally, from 1988 until 1995 he was Teaching Assistant Professor (as special scientist) for the Road Design and Road Safety at the Transportation Department of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. Panos Konstantinidis is an Engineer with great experience in Highway and Road Design, Airport Design, Road Safety Audits and Inspections. He has extensive experience in the fields of transportation planning, for urban and sub urban areas, road and highway safety, transportation standards of various countries around the world, cost evaluation, feasibility studies, logistic services, parking, public transport systems.

Patrick is a transportation and road safety engineer with Salfo and Associates S.A., who provide engineering consulting services to the National Road Safety Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Patrick has over seven years’ experience in road safety engineering / auditing within the Middle East region (including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, U.A.E. and Bahrain). He is an approved road safety audit team leader and has been involved in over 450 road safety audits / inspections which have been carried out at all stages of project design, from the concept design stage right through to pre-opening and post-opening stage. The infrastructure projects Patrick has audited / inspected include multi-lane expressways, grade separated interchanges, rail metro projects, football stadium infrastructure, local roads, schools and a large number of temporary traffic diversions. Patrick is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation and the Society of Road Safety Auditors.
