Currently the head of the Institutional Excellence Administration in the General Directorate of Traffic (GDoT), with more than eighteen years of experience in the field of transportation planning and traffic engineering, supported by a sound academic background and strong professional experience.
Previously, Dr. Al Qahtani gained experience as the Director of the Periodic Vehicles Inspections department, which included the management of several transport projects and engineering applications on a large scale in addition to intelligent transport systems, road control, and development of models of urban transport in addition to being involved in the development of many operational contracts and feasibility studies for transport system projects.
